Health for Armenia Fellow’s Leadership Development and Service Journey

The Health for Armenia leadership development and service journey consists of 3 distinct phases:

1) RECRUITING TALENT INTO HEALTHCARE

We recruit the most promising healthcare professionals in Armenia to serve in underserved rural communities as healthcare leaders.

2) LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We train, support & develop these leaders as change agents to impact the lives of thousands of people in their communities. They gain the foundation for a lifetime of leadership for systemic change in healthcare.

3) ALUMNI AMBASSADORSHIP

Based on the transformative experience of the HFA fellowship and service term, we build a movement of lifelong advocates for high-quality and affordable healthcare through a network of our alumni ambassadors.
