Taking part in the Healthcare Leadership Program is a serious commitment and requires significant investment from its participants. As part of HLP, Doctor-Leaders are expected to:
· Commit to spending 10-12 hours per week participating in webinars, self-guided learning, and project work.
· Undergo preceptorship sessions 2 days/month with faculty members
· Take part in quarterly 2-day in-person meetings every 3 months.
· Carry out an improvement project in their practice with support from HFA faculty
Generate a growing pool of visionary healthcare leaders and primary care champions who will become catalysts for change in Armenia's healthcare system.
Drive healthcare advancement by fostering collaborative leadership and data-driven policy development, focusing on prevention, education, and access to care for all.
Work with healthcare stakeholders in Armenia to coproduce a more equitable, inclusive, and responsive healthcare system, with prevention as its cornerstone.
